1. Resignation from studies- we do not accept applications in paper form, the entire process takes place in the EDOK system
2. Dean's leave - application to download Appplications cannot be submitted by students of the first stage (semester) who do not meet the conditions for entry to the second stage (§27 item 11 of the Study Regulations).
3. Health leave - application to download, medical certificate on the student's health.The application together with the medical certificate should be submitted immediately after the reason has arisen, but not later than by the end of classes in the semester (§27 section 2 of the Study Regulations).
4. Change of faculty or course of study- application to download
5. Transfer to another university - application to download. Transfers are made during the inter-semester break.
   The student submits a signed application to the dean's office, which is reviewed by the Dean.

15. Application for payment in installments for repeating subjects (From the date the fee is charged, the student has 5 days to submit an application for payment in installments to the dean's office)- application to download
