These documents are required by the Erasmus+ programme. Instructions on how to prepare them and fill them in can be found on the website of the International Relations Office. It is also presented at the general university meeting.

The documents are signed by the Faculty coordinator of international exchange. The documents should be submitted for signature in the number of copies required by the exchange program and with an additional copy for the coordinator.
