After completing the semester and receiving approval from the host university, the student should apply to the Dean for permission to study abroad. It is also a formal notification of the exchange trip at the Faculty.
The student completes the permission form (the template available on the website of the International Relations Office) and submits it for signature in room 1, building C-5.
If for any reason the trip does not take place, this fact should be reported to the Dean's Office.
