The NANOSENS Science Association is the place for all students interested in wearable electronics, nanotechnology and sensors. Our team consists of young, ambitious people who have a passion for learning and acquiring knowledge.
Our main areas of interest are sensors and combining electronics with textiles, and the work of our Circle is divided between these two areas. The sensor group is concerned with obtaining and characterising gas-sensitive materials. Within this area, we synthesise nanomaterials in the cleanroom and then study their properties. The textronics group, on the other hand, is concerned with obtaining electrically conductive and functional prints on textiles for wearable electronics such as T-shirts with temperature or stress sensors.
