Completion of a study stage
The rules of registration for the stage are contained in the Regulations of Higher Studies § 26 (hereinafter referred to as RHS).
1. Students who obtain credits for all required subjects will be automatically enrolled in the next stage.
2. Students who do not obtain credits for all required subjects, but do not exceed the allowable deficit of ECTS points, will automatically receive a conditional entry to the next stage.
In the next academic year, you must register for failed courses.
The acceptable deficit of ECTS points for a given field of study can be checked in USOSWeb ⭢ Catalog ⭢ Studies ⭢ Fields and study programs by entering your study program ⭢ Main courses of study, choose the current semester ⭢ Point requirements.

3. Students who fail to obtain credits for all required subjects and exceed the admissible deficit of ECTS points will not be registered for the next stage, which will trigger the procedure of striking them off the list of students.
4. Pursuant to the study regulations (RHS §27 section 11 point 1), students of the first semester are not entitled to dean's leave.
5. Applications with attachments regarding the recognition of subjects to the achievements should be submitted to the Dean's Office within the deadline specified in the Application deadlines.
