The foreign study programs are agreed on the basis of the offers of host universities. Usually, the information on the timetables and cancelled courses is not yet provided at this time. Therefore, the study program planned in the Learning Agreement is frequently found impossible to complete.
In such case, a new ICS program should be agreed with the tutor and provided in the Learning Agreement amendment form as soon as possible (preferably within three weeks from the start of the exchange) (Changes to LA ).
Agreement on the changes to the ICS
Changes to the ICS program are agreed in a procedure analogous to the agreement of the original ICS, on the following template. The new program should be agreed with the supervisor and approved by the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs.
After the student returns from the exchange program, only subjects passed in accordance with the final version of the ICS will be credited.
Approval of changes to the Learning Agreement
Changes to the Learning Agreement are approved by representatives of the host university and by the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator. At the Faculty of Electronics, Photonics and Microsystems, the changes shall be approved on condition of being in compliance with the ICS.
In exceptional situations, when the student is already abroad and the host university requires approval of changes to the LA, the Coordinator may do so based on the ICS program agreed only with the tutor. After returning from the exchange program, the student must make sure that any changes are fully agreed.
