The fees for retaking courses are regulated by Internal Regulations depending on what year the student started studies:

9. for students starting their studies from the academic year 2020/2021 and 2019/2020 - ZW 44/2020
10. for students starting their studies from the academic year 2018/2019 - ZW 40/2018

Important!

1. The fees for the retake courses are calculated automatically after enrolling in the classes in the IT system.
2. The fees should be paid to an individual account in the IT system.
3. Payment deadline – 14 days from the date of charging the fee.
4. The payment of fees after the deadline results in charging statutory interest for the delay by the University.
5. Failure to pay the fees within the set dates and amounts may be a reason for removal from the list of students, in accordance with § 19 item 2 point 3.

The university charges the following fees for issuing documents from people who started their studies in the 2019/2020 academic year and later:

- electronic student ID – PLN 22; its duplicate – PLN 33;
- a copy of the diploma of completion of studies in a foreign language (other than the one issued on the basis of Article 77 item 2 of the Act) – PLN 20;
- a copy of the supplement to the diploma in a foreign language (other than the one issued under Article 77 item 2 of the Act) – PLN 20;
- a duplicate of the diploma of completion of studies – PLN 20; a duplicate of the supplement to the diploma – PLN 20.

At the student’s request, the Rector may consent to the payment of fees in instalments.

The fees can be divided into 2, 3 or 4 instalments.

Spreading the fees specified in § 2 section into installments. 1, point 2), point 3) and point 5) ZW 100/2023 shall be made in the manner specified in the decision of the relevant dean of the faculty referred to in Art. §32 section 2 11 Annex to ZW 100/2023, provided that the end of the deadlines specified in the decision cannot fall on a public holiday or Saturday.

The application for payment in instalments should be  delivered to the dean’s office in paper form the fifth day from the date of calculating the fee in the USOSweb system.
