ATTENTION
Students are required to monitor their data in IT system. Please verify the correctness of the score balance, courses implemented from the study plan (PNPS) and from outside the plan.
The condition for joining the diploma thesis exam is to have a zero deficit of ECTS points in the system. The number of points required from study programm:
● for first-cycle students is 210 ECTS
● for second-cycle students it is 90 ECTS.
● Students who have individualized / incorporated the course into their achievements may have in the IT system the number of points required from study plan "GREATER" than 210 (Eng.) / 90 (MA) - then it is required to completed this "GREATER" number of points.
● From the academic year 2022/2023, students are required to introduce a diploma thesis with attachments to the APD https://apd.usos.pwr.edu.pl
● Students are required to read the content of the supplement to the diploma. Information is available in IT system in the achievements tab.

The last day of the semester (Diploma Eng.): 15.12.2025 (first-cycle studies)
Examination session: 16.12.2025 - 19.01.2025 (first-cycle studies)
The deadline for submitting documents for thesis defense: 19.12.2025- 09.01.2026 (first-cycle studies), 05.02.2026- 12.02.2026 (second-cycle studies)
Thesis defense dates: 20.01.2026- 30.01.2026 (first-cycle studies), 02.03.2026- 06.03.2026 (second-cycle studies)
The deadline for entering grades for graduate students from courses ending with a credit: 17.12.2025 (first-cycle studies)
