Open day at the Faculty of Electronics, Photonics and Microsystems 

We are happy to invite organized groups of students from secondary schools to visit our Faculty.
Meetings with young people include:

- presentation of the Faculty (fields of study, profile of the graduate, study conditions etc.),
- popular-science lecture on the issues taught at the Faculty, e.g. microsystems, photonics (optoelectronics and optical fibre technology), nanostructures in microelectronics and in optoelectronics, etc.,
- guided tour of some research and teaching laboratories located at the Faculty's main campus building (Janiszewskiego 11/17 St., building C2), or in the Długa Campus Research and Development Centre (Długa 65 St.). ­
The meeting typically lasts for approx. 2.5-3 hours. - The group can be maximum 40 people. At least two teachers/guides must be with the group.
