The student logs in to the website of the Diploma Theses Archive, hereinafter referred to as “APD” at https://apd.usos.pwr.edu.pl and uploads the diploma thesis file with attachments, keywords in Polish and English and a concise summary of the diploma thesis in Polish and English, sending it to the supervisor for approval.

The student saves the written diploma thesis in a file/files only in pdf format. except for multimedia or graphic attachments, which are saved in their own format.

NOTES:

1. The diploma dissertation file uploaded into APD shall be named as follows:

   [faculty symbol] _ [student book number] _ [calendar year] _ [type of dissertation]

   e.g. W12N_654321_2023_engineering_dissertation

   e.g. W12N_654321_2023_master_dissertation

   If the dissertation includes attachments, their names should be extended with the suffix [zal], as in the example:

   e.g. W12N_654321_2023_ engineering_ dissertation_zal1

   e.g. W12N_654321_2023_master_dissertation_zal1

   The field “calendar year”, should contain the planned year of the diploma dissertation defence.

The procedure of verification of diploma thesis by APD
