Please be advised that you have been charged a PLN 22 fee for issuing the Electronic Student ID card (ESID).
To make the payment, please log in to USOSweb https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl.
In the “For students” tab you will find the “Payments” block with your individual payment account number.
The condition for receiving a student ID card is:
- taking the Oath and declarations on the USOSweb,
- payment of the fee and its settlement on the USOS portal by 20.03.2024
Graduates who graduated in January/February 2024 with a bachelor's degree from Wroclaw University of Technology may use their existing ELS. They are asked to report to the dean’s office with the completed (attachment) after 01.03.2024.
Student ID card (mLegitymacja)
Ordering a mLegitymacja using the Mobile USOS application:
-Open the Mobile USOS application on your mobile device.
-Select the "mLegitymacja" tab from the side menu of the application.
-Then click on the "My mLegitymacja" button, and then click on "Order mLegitymacja".
-After completing the order, you should see on the screen of your phone information that your order is in progress and when it is processed, you will receive a notification on your phone about the possibility of installing mLegitymacji (order processing usually takes no more than 24 hours).
-When you receive a notification, check the Mobile USOS application, where you will see information about the possibility of activating mLegitymacji.
To activate mLegitimacja:
-Open the mObywatel app and log in.
-In the "Document selection" panel, click on "Student ID".
-Go through the activation steps and read the terms and conditions (you can optionally allow the app to use the camera to enter information; by default, you can enter it textually).
-Copy the QR code from the Mobile USOS application (located in the mLegitymacja tab), which you will receive immediately after processing the mLegitymacji order, then enter the code in the appropriate place in the mObywatel application and confirm.
-The next step is to enter the activation code from the Mobile USOS UMCS (this code is also in the mLegitymacja tab) to the mObywatel application, and then press "Activate".
-After completing the above steps, you can start using your mLegitimation. It contains all the functionalities of a traditional plastic student ID card and when you want to show your mLegitymacja to someone, open the mObywatel application and then select mLegitymacja. The date of submitting the document will then be displayed on the screen.
Ordering an mLegitymacja using USOS WEB:
- Open the website and log in at https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl/
- In the Form For Students, a new tile has appeared - mLegitymacja.
- Go in and apply for a license order.
- After accepting all consents, a QR code will appear (up to a few hours after acceptance).
- Next, launch the mObywatel application and click on the "Student ID" tab.
- Copy the QR code from USOS WEB to the mObywatel application and confirm it with the activation code from the USOS WEB website.
