A scientific workshop "Workshop on Nanometrology" was held for WrUST students and PhD students on 6/7.06.2023. This is part of the activity of representatives of the Department of Nanometrology in the EU EMPiR MetExSPM project, where, in addition to strictly scientific activities, two seminars are organized for students, PhD students and other researchers from across the consortium.
The workshop included lectures, presentations of the research laboratories of the Department of Nanometrology, as well as didactic laboratories, where tutorials are conducted for first- and second-level students in such courses as: "Semiconductors, Dielectrics, Magnetics," "Signal Processing," "Quantum Informatics," "Nanodiagnostics," "Analog and Digital Electronic Circuits."
