Dear Students,

congratulations on your admission to studies at our Faculty!
We would like to kindly inform you that during the studies at the Wrocław University of Technology, an album number was assigned, which will be the main identification number during the studies. It can be found in the IRK system in the personal forms in the education tab (https://irk.usos.pwr.edu.pl/pl/profile/dataset/education/) in the Album number field. The number is in the form of six digits.

The next steps that should be taken when knowing your album number are:

1. Activate the student mailbox. The e-mail address is in the form: album_number@student.pwr.edu.pl.

Detailed information on how to activate student e-mail can be found at https://di.pwr.edu.pl/uslugi/poczta/pierwsze-logowanie. In case of any problems, please send a notification to the following address: pomoc+poczta@pwr.edu.pl.

2. To log in to IT systems, it is necessary to know your unique login to IT systems and set an individual access password. If you have an active student e-mail account, you can start activating your individual account. Instructions on how to do this can be found at https://di.pwr.edu.pl/uslugi/uslugi-katalogowe/reset-lub-pierwsze-ustawienie-hasla. In case of any problems, please send a notification to the following address: pomoc+ad@pwr.edu.pl.

This operation will be available from August 8, 2022.

3. The login and password set in the previous step allow you to log into the USOS system at https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl. In this system, first from August 8, 2022, it will be possible to submit an application for a place in the Student Dormitory (tab For Everyone, then Applications).

4. Other information on IT services made available to students and other information on studying will be provided on an ongoing basis via the USOS system and student e-mail.
