1. Electronic student mail

A mailbox on the Gmail platform is set up for each new student of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

The email address is saved as: numer_albumu@student.pwr.edu.pl

2. Active Directory account

In order to be able to log in to the information systems, it is necessary to know your unique login to the information systems and to set an individual access password.

Having an active student mailbox, you can proceed to activate your individual account.

3. USOSweb login

Having an AD login and password allows you to log into the USOS system at https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl.

4. Oath

From October 1, 2026, to October 8, 2026, when logging in to https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl/, you must accept the oath and declaration related to the Regulations for Studies at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the rules and procedure for paying fees.

5. Registration for subjects

Classes for the winter semester begin on October 1, 2026—the opening Ceremony of the Academic Year at Wrocław University of Technology - a day off from classes.

You will be administratively enrolled in classes (by the staff of the Teaching Process Support Team - ZOPD) between September 14 and October 1, 2026, in accordance with the admission list.
Registration for university-wide enrollment will take place in accordance with the information on the website.

6. Health and Safety Training

The training is offered as an e-learning course. Log in at: http://szkoleniebhp.pwr.edu.pl/. The training dates will be posted on the department’s website in early October.  

7. Transfer and recognition of subjects

Applications, prepared in accordance with the instructions at https://wefim.pwr.edu.pl/en/students/studia-1-i-2-stopnia/usos---students-of-1-year-2022-2023/recognition-of-courses, must be submitted to the Dean’s Office by August 31, 2026. (first and second admission rounds) and by September 24, 2026 (third admission round).
