1. Electronic student mail
A mailbox on the GMail platform is set up for each new student of Wroclaw University of Technology.
The email address is saved as: numer_albumu@student.pwr.edu.pl.

2. Active Directory account
In order to be able to log in to the information systems, it is necessary to know your unique login to the information systems and to set an individual access password.
Having an active student mailbox, you can proceed to activate your individual account.
Instructions on how to do this can be found on the website of the Information Technology Department at https://di.pwr.edu.pl/uslugi/uslugi-katalogowe/reset-lub-pierwsze-ustawienie-hasla.

3. USOSweb login
Having an AD login and password allows you to log into the USOS system at https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl.
4. Oath
From 28.02.2024 to 10.03.2024, logging on https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl/, it is possible to accept the oath, statements related to the Regulations of Studies at Wroclaw University of Technology and the rules and procedure for payment of fees.
5. Registration for subjects
Courses in the summer semester begin on 28.02.2024 (Wednesday).
Registration for faculty subjects will be held administratively on 22.02.2024.
Registration for university-wide enrollment as announced at: http://www.akz.pwr.edu.pl/.
Attention Second Degree Students (admitted d 28.02.24) on the AIR - AER specialty!
Special class groups have been created for you in English - C1+ level. You will be administratively enrolled for this subject by SJO (https://sjo.pwr.edu.pl) on the basis of the list of those who have been admitted and have taken the oath with the statement.
6. Health and Safety Training
The training is organized in the form of e-learning.

7. Student ID card (ELS)
Please be advised that you have been charged a PLN 22 fee for issuing the Student ID card (ELS).
To make the payment, please log in to USOSweb https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl.
In the “For students” tab you will find the “Payments” block with your individual payment account number.
The condition for receiving a student ID card is:
- taking the Oath and declarations on the USOSweb,
- payment of the fee and its settlement on the USOS portal by 20.03.2024.
Graduates who graduated in January/February 2024 with a bachelor's degree from Wroclaw University of Technology may use their existing ELS. They are asked to report to the dean’s office with the completed student statement after 01.03.2024.
The student will be notified via email by an employee of the Dean's Office that ELS can be picked up.
8. Photocopy of diploma
Those who have provided a certificate of graduation in the recruitment process are required to provide a photocopy of the diploma or a copy of the diploma to the dean's office by March 29, 2024, along with the original diploma/copy of the diploma for review.
9. Transfer and recognition of subjects
The application according to the instructions on https://wefim.pwr.edu.pl/studenci/studia-1-i-2-stopnia/usos--studenci/uznanie-dorobku should be delivered to the dean's office no later than 27.02.2024.
